2. Auto-dispatch New Tasks by Merchant or Task Type
In our latest update, you have greater control over task auto-dispatch. The new feature allows you to specify which types of tasks should be automatically dispatched to your drivers. For instance, you can configure the system to auto-dispatch new pickup and delivery tasks to drivers while leaving new field workforce tasks unassigned.
Moreover, when dealing with tasks from various merchants, you now have the flexibility to customize auto-dispatch preferences. Some merchants may prefer manual task assignment, while others may require auto-dispatch. With this update, you can apply auto-dispatch rules specifically to tasks generated from particular merchants.
