We do not store your credit card information, so none of your sensitive billing information ever hits our servers. We use Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified (the most stringent level of certification) payment processor to handle our recurring billing needs.

Absolutely, you can cancel the subscription at any time by clicking on the Manage Subscription button. We do not have any lock-in contract.

Data Security sits at the core of our services. Protecting our customers’ and users’ information and their privacy is extremely important to us. To keep your information safe from external threats, we have many measures in place. Please find more information on the Data and Security document.

We provide the branded solutions on the Professional plan with the following features:

• Put your company logo on driver App, admin dashboard, online forms, tracking and alert messages.
• Change the theme colour on driver App, admin dashboard, online forms to match your company branding.
• No [Powered by WooDelivery] badge on forms, tracking pages, emails.
• Send notification emails from your company email address e.g. [email protected]
• Fully customisable ordering/booking forms with your company branding
• Branded merchant/customer portal for your regular customers

We offer web API and webhook integration for custom integration purposes. Our WooDelivery experts provide free premium advisory services to customers subscribed to the Professional and Enterprise plans. However, this service is not available to free trial customers or Starter plan customers.

WooDelivery is a subscription-based software (SaaS) that caters to a wide range of businesses from various industries. Our pricing model allows these businesses to access our software at a fraction of the cost compared to custom-built solutions. As a result, we do not typically modify the software to fulfill individual customer requests.

However, if you believe that this feature is crucial for your business operations, we can consider providing customization of custom feature development for an additional charge. These services are exclusively available to paid Professional and Enterprise customers, and free trial customers are not eligible to request them. All change requests for customization or custom feature development are subject to review and approval from the WooDelivery product team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request at our discretion. Prior to initiating any customization or custom feature development work, the customer is responsible for paying an additional fee determined by WooDelivery.
