The Professional plan offers comprehensive features, including geo-fencing, vehicle management, safety inspection, web API and webhook integration, and more. It also provides a branded solution to enhance your branding efforts. Additionally, we offer onboarding support, implementation support, and integration support exclusively for Professional plan customers. If you have an established business or are working on a serious project, we highly recommend the Professional plan.

The free trial gives you 14 days to test WooDelivery Starter and Professional plans and get a feel for how it works. No credit card is required. New users will automatically get 14 days free trial on the Starter Plan. You can contact [email protected] if you want to extend your free trial.
A task is the core unit of work to be completed by drivers or agents using the driver app. For example:
- Delivery of parcel
- Pickup of groceries

A task is the core unit of work to be completed by drivers (e.g. a pickup or delivery). For billing purposes, tasks are counted when completed through WooDeliverys driver app or through any other method, such as an API call.
As a WooDelivery customer you are automatically charged once a month on the date you started your subscription. You will be automatically charged for the selected plan and any task overages and Telephony used in the previous month.
We do not store your credit card information, so none of your sensitive billing information ever hits our servers or databases. We use Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified (the most stringent level of certification) payment processor to handle our recurring billing needs.
You will add your payment method, manage your subscription, and handle recurring payments directly through the Stripe customer portal.

We offer web API and webhook integration for custom integration purposes. Our WooDelivery experts provide free premium advisory services to customers subscribed to the Professional and Enterprise plans. However, we typically do not undertake any custom integration work or projects directly on clients’ system. We recommend hiring a freelance developer on the market for your specific project needs.
WooDelivery is a subscription-based software (SaaS) that caters to a wide range of businesses from various industries. As a result, we do not typically modify the software to fulfill individual customer requests.
