WooDelivery allows you to integrate with various SMS gateways including Plivo to help you simplify communication in daily operations. Before you begin please make sure you have an active account with both WooDelivery and Plivo.
Step 1: Create an account with Plivo
Step 2: Log in Plivo admin console, you will get Auth ID, Auth Token on the Dashboard page.
Addtionally, please purchase a sender phone number from Plivo and make sure to save it for future use.
Step 3: Navigate to Settings > Notification page on WooDelivery Admin Dashboard, and click on the SMS Gateway Settings button at the top of the page.
From the options on the popup select Plivo as your own SMS gateway. Enter Phone Number, Auth ID, and Auth Token you saved after creating an account with Plivo.
NOTE: If you’re utilizing a Plivo free trial account or free trial credit, please note that it’s unable to send any text messages. In order to send text messages to unverified numbers, it will be necessary to get your account approved, then acquire a phone number and purchase credit. It’s important to mention that this restriction is imposed by Plivo and is beyond our control.
