Welcome to the February 2025 release notes! where we strive to keeping our software innovative and user-friendly. This month, we’ve introduced a range of updates and enhancements. Here are some of the key highlights:
1. Zone-Based Pricing for Logistics
We are excited to introduce Zone-Based Pricing, a powerful new feature designed for logistics businesses. It allows you to create geographic zones and set different pricing structures for each zone, giving you greater flexibility and control over your pricing strategy. In addition to zone-based rates, you can apply weight-based charges, distance-based charges and other pricing structures on top of the zone pricing, ensuring accurate and fair pricing for every shipment. Zone-based pricing is a widely used approach in parcel shipping, as it helps carriers simplify pricing structures while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
Setting up Zone-Based Pricing is simple and intuitive. You can create geographic zones using the map view on the Settings – Geo-Fencing Zone page, allowing for precise zone configuration. Once your zones are set, you can define the zone-based pricing in the Settings → Pricing Template module. This feature seamlessly integrates with your existing pricing models, making it easier to manage costs and optimize pricing based on delivery locations.

2. Enhancements with Route Optimization
We’ve enhanced our route optimization module to provide greater flexibility and accuracy when planning delivery routes. Previously, the route start location was always mandantory to enter. Now, dispatchers can choose to use the driver’s last known location as the starting point when re-optimizing a route. This update makes more sense in real-world delivery operations, whether a driver is at the depot or already on the road, the system can dynamically track their live location and use it to calculate the most efficient route with accurate ETAs.
Additionally, drivers using the driver app can now set their current location as the route start point. Every time they optimize their route on the driver app, the system will capture their live position and adjust the sequence of tasks accordingly. This ensures that ETA calculations remain precise and routes are always optimized based on real-time conditions, leading to improved efficiency and better delivery planning.

3. Default Pricing Template
We’ve introduced a default pricing template option to streamline the shipping fee calculation process. Previously, dispatchers and merchants had to manually select a pricing template each time they created a new task. Now, by setting a pricing template as default, the system will automatically apply it for pricing calculations when creating a new task on both the web portal and mobile app, saving time and reducing manual input.
This enhancement simplifies the pricing workflow, making shipping fee calculations more efficient and automated. The default pricing template ensures that fees are consistently calculated based on predefined factors such as distance, weight, time, and zone, eliminating errors and improving accuracy. With this update, businesses can enjoy a seamless, hands-free pricing process that adapts to their specific delivery needs.

4. Search and Export Task History Logs
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows users to search and export task history logs for improved tracking and reporting. Task history logs contain some critical details such as who created the task, when a driver loaded the package, and the exact time of arrival at the destination. This information is essential for tracking deliveries, auditing operations, and generating custom reports to enhance logistics management.
Previously, task history could only be viewed on a per-task basis. Now, you can search bulk task history logs using different criteria and export the results to Excel or PDF for record-keeping and customized reporting. This update ensures that businesses can efficiently manage and analyze task history data, making it easier to track performance and maintain compliance.
